    In this day and age, there are specialized programs for just about everything. Now there's even a program to pump out pro skiers. Tom Dolezel has teamed up with the Shreducation crew and has helped to create "Shreducation for Skiers".     A former Nor-Am level racer, Tom Dolezel turned to park skiing after hanging up his race boards at the end of the 2002 season. His first victory on the freeski scene was the slopestyle at the Paul Mitchell Freeski Tour in Big Bear, CA in 2004. T Diddy is known to be quite the crowd pleaser even when he doesn't make the podium. For two years in a row at the US Open in Vail, CO, Tom competed in the big air ('04) and the slopestyle ('03) clad only in a G-string
