    Rally Car was easily the most exciting event of X Games. The LA Coliseum provided a great backdrop for an event that had the fans on their feet. It was like watching boarder cross with cars.At first it was a little confusing to follow with difficulties in the track, but as the event went on, the excitement level rose. The unveiling of SuperRally did not disappoint. With 4 cars on the track at the same time, the action was all over the place. tanner Foust outlasted teammate Brian Degan in the end, but the real winners were the fans.     I’ve been at this photography thing for a while now, or at least it seems that way. It’s really only been around 7 years that I’ve done it full-time, as a “professional”, which means I’ve only been desperate about it for that long. What’s significant about that is the fact I’ve only done one other thing in my life for that amount of time, and that’s being married. I get bored pretty quickly, but believe it or not, this little gig is keeping me interested so I’ll do it again this year. What I’ve collected in the following 55 photos is a whole bunch of seemingly random moments in time from races, photoshoots and the like - if a shot made it in here, then there was something about it that makes it special. So, without further ado, let’s start with this shot of the #199: Shown here on the tail-end of a backflip gone wrong at his 2006 Daytona Supercross qualifier win, there’s one rule when Travis is around – never take the lens off him.     When Travis Pastrana went for the trifecta at Daytona back in 2006, I was bound and determined to shoot all of it. Riding the GNCC, Supercross and Dirt Track, TP199 damn near pulled it off – well, except for not qualifying for the dirt track final and DNF’ing both the SX and GNCC, that is. If memory serves, he qualified 62nd this day, and they took the top 60. I immediately packed up and headed to the Ale House where, surprise surprise, I ran into him again! Canon 1D Mark 2, 300mm.
