Christened the 'Good Oil', Wade Goodall is a nervous kid with more talent than he quite knows how to deal with. Another thoroughbred from the maturing stable of respectable Sunshine Coast surfers, Wade listens to rap but he is a traditional Aussie type, straight shooting, born to entertain, not shy of a good time with the mates, always potentially mischievous, and as cheeky as a Jenny Craig clinic.

Not shy of giving things a go he once broke his collar bone attempting back flips on his trampoline, landing headfirst between the springs. Although he is mostly good natured, loves teasing the shit out grommets, and he is a strong believer in the practices of making grommets earn their place in the surf culture.
Wade Goodall is a master in the making. He cracked his inaugural Billabong Pro-teen series event win in Wollongong in early 2005. Finally proving to himself and others that he can match his talent with contest results. “Over the last year or two I have had a lot of problems with my confidence and my heat strategy,” said Goodall. “I am still on and off but the Wollongong Pro Teen just clicked.”

Wade is also a bit of a masochist with a pen, forever drawing on himself, and anyone within arms reach of his feverish addiction.
