Rich Hirsch made a couple rad decisions recently. First off, he bumped David Grant and Craig Passero to the pro team. Both riders more than deserving of the honor. Also, he developed a method similar to the Stranger grassroots team (fitting because he owns that company too), which helps riders get some credit for their hard work.
