Get Into The Holiday Spirit

It's that time of year again. The air is cold, Christmas trees are taking up parking spots in supermarket lots across the country, secretaries are making drunken mistakes with their bosses at holiday parties every night, and money is being spent, something our economy so desperately needs. That's the thing though, we're in the midst of one of the worst recessions since The Great Depression, so to a lot of people the holidays aren't going to be as cheerful as they used to be.

That's where you come in. If you're fortunate enough to have a little extra, why don't you give some to someone who doesn't? It is the season of giving, isn't it? If you don't have a little extra, that's fine, give someone the gift of kindness. Hold the door for someone, or help someone carry their groceries, whatever. Be a better human no matter what your beliefs may be. Do it for Jehovah, do it Allah, do it for Jesus, do it for Abraham, do it for Satan, do it for Joe Pesci, do it for whoever you worship, or don't worship. In the end the only thing that's certain is you will have done something for humanity.

If you really want to get involved there are volunteer charities all over the place that would love to put you to work helping the less fortunate. And to all you skate/surf industry big shots, give some of that product that your team riders are just going to loose, ruin, sell or trade for pot to people who will really appreciate it. Etnies did, check out the video below:
