DC To Sponsor Mammoth Mountain Motocross

By: Chris Worden

DC announces its sponsorship of the 2010 Mammoth Motocross, being held in Mammoth Lakes, CA from June 17 - 27th. Along with supporting the event festivities, DC Motocross team athletes, Nate Adams, Jeremy McGrath, Josh Hill, Ian Trettle, Adam Cianciarulo, Zack Bell, and Chase Bell are scheduled to race at the event.

"The Mammoth Motocross is one of the most exciting events in motocross every year and DC couldn't be happier to be a part of it this year," said Brian Cassaro, DC's Action Sports Marketing Director. "Our athletes are really looking forward to racing and being part of the event as it takes over the town of Mammoth."

This yearly event began back in 1968 and has continued to grow in size and popularity each year. Today it is one of the biggest grassroots motocross events in the nation, bringing together pro and amateur riders for multiple races held at the Mammoth Mountain Motocross track located some 8,000 feet in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

"We are honored to have DC as a presenting sponsor of the Road to Mammoth and the Mammoth Motocross," said Mammoth Motocross Race Director, Mike Colbert. "We are looking forward to DC participating in the event and involving their elite team of riders. DC has been committed to supporting the motocross industry for years and we're excited to work together to keep it exciting for the racers and spectators."
