Jeremy you've give the world of mx/fmx a show they will never forget! You never deserved to go this way and it shows this sport isn't for the faint hearted. You deegan potter twitch enslow in my opinion are the hellmen of this sport and riders i admire because you've taken the sport to a hole new level. Massive loss and i feel gutted everytime i think about it because i still can't believe it's happened! I seen you do it once before and rose up and i just wish you could've done it this time!? :( thoughts to your friends and family ride on brother!

I'd love to see the next event (deegan) step up wear lusk top (potter,twitch)also wear that top would bring tears to my eyes and would also show that he's here no matter what!! METAL MULISHA 4 LIFE!!!

i wasnt gonna write anything anymore, but since u are gonna write and article,could you tell me the title of your article.
cause if it is in memory of jeremy then nothing negative should be on it.
but if it is about jeremy tragedy then i feel your article should have both sides of the coin.

like how jeremy was a good kid. and is gone to soon. and what can we do to avoid such accidents.

godjesus my have his way of expressing him self in a way you may not agree, but he means good in his heart. i feel it.

something the true hurts. and people may think this is not the place to bring it up.
but lets use this tragedy to save our kids, im saying this from the bottm of my hart.

9-11 was a horrible day to not be forgotten, but it was preventible. if only you could of pay more attencion to the signs.
i do not neam no disrespect to anyone or you, but all i want is to save lifes.
im no superman but i hope my words are at least help to someone.

GodJesusYeshuaHolySpiritf is still posting I see. I wonder if he/she really understands the worth that jeremy show's to the world and followers. Throughout all the postings in this thread I do notice one thing. One thing that this person is failing to notice, and I do hope this is excepted in the honesty it holds, is that there is one thing that Jeremy as a role model holds and all his sponsors alike will say the same thing. We are here to show the youth and public a like, that anything is possible if you put your mind to it, and that we are not saying that everyone should do what Jeremy and any extreme sportsman does, but to look high, and thrive to reach your goals. All things are possible if you put your mind to it, and work hard to achive your excellence! You can achive success if you work hard enough. This is what all extreme sport enthusasts become role models for, not to inspire anyone else to attempt the stuff they are doing themselves, but to give others a reason to push forward in for themselves, while still following there dreams.

i dont understand why people are getting on here and saying they have the "last word"
this is for JEREMY. not to vent about how pothetic your life is, and how HE should have lived HIS life.
leave the poor guy and his family alone.
this is for HIS FANS, and HIS FAMILY to say how great he is for doing what he loved.
im a 17 year old girl who loves dirtbikes, and races four wheelers, and its a passion.
if your passion is sitting at home and reading your books, or watching t.v then go for it.

as i am a victim of my own self destruction too. i lived parallel life with people that no longer have the luck to see the sun rise every morning as i do.
no longer will i waste one once of energy on me, for to do so make me feel selfish.
Your anger is understandable to me. as ive been in your shoes. to find me would be very easy. to hunt me down so you could release your anger would be unsatisfying to you. even with my size at 6'3 270lb i would offer no resistance. to get a slap on the face i would offer the other side.
my energy has only one direction and is to the kids i work with whom they never asked to live with the illness they have to suffer day after day. the one question they ask me and i cant never find words to answer is( will they be ok tomorrow). this kids come and go. is a works i chose that hurt my soul everyday, but if i was willing to hurt my self by choice before, then i choose to feel this pain everyday. this kids only ask to see tomorrow, and to finish the game of snake and ladder that we couldnt finish the day earlier. for there condition would not allow them to roll the dice. you have said you would never play i game of chess with me cause i would offer no challenge... true. i never mastered any games that would take a lot of time and thinking. the only ones i know are the simple ones
most of the time i let this kids win so i can see the joy in there face.
jeremy lusk has left this world to soon.
i would give my life to have him back. but is not possible.
im using his horrible accident to make people see that we shouldnt take life for granted. life is to short.

Steelballs, Its nice to see that there are a few people out there who get what this forum is about. Thank you for your words. I lost my 17 year old son to a drunk driver and my 20 year old daughter was murdered the year after. I know what pain the family is going through and what is is like to lose the things we hold dear. No one knows what time we have left, live each moment as if it were your last, love and laugh and be true to yourself. I completely agree with you on many of the points you have stated and have already been through a similar situation on here with Yesh as you are now doing with lex.

What is absolutely amazing to me is that I am just a passerby someone who noticed the post on the BBC homepage and thought I would come take a look. I was saddened by the happenings and having family members who motocross just wanted to leave a good line due to the sheer fact that I am familiar with the hazards. Yet everywhere I looked I was appalled to see the smear of certain before mentioned individuals using it as a preach box instead of what it should have been. A moment to give respects and reflect on the good that came of someones life. I am glad you have taken the time where I was unable to set things straight I agree with the moderator in that its nice to see this finally come full circle. I wish all of the individuals on this board including those who have no regard for others the best of wishes. I hope if anything that whatever you take from this is possible because we live in a world where free speech and thought is encouraged. I hope none of you take it for granted and via your comments and deeds unwittingly attempt to take it from others in their day to day lives.

For some individuals who are supposedly attempting to make 'us' see from every angle, you absolutely fail.

I don't know where you got your teaching credentials but if after all this time you still fail to see that approaching an argument from 'YOUR' stance 'forcibly', instead of, the individuals stance you are slow of mind as is yesh. Both of you have failed just due to your method of approach.

Jeremy his friends his family are NOT on here judging someone they knew their whole life stating ANY of the things you both have. Who better if such was the truth than they to come on here and reprove the world of unfit parents. I agree with flyby none of this has been for the children both of you are too condescending towards 'children' you use that as a crutch for your supposed soap box preach session.

To Jeremy and his family, by this know that in my mind although only knowing of him only in passing his life his memories his time was not wasted in this he has reminded me once again why we all live in America. To do that which we love and brings us happiness. My best wishes to all of you in your time of mourning. I truly wish you all the best and hope that with all the emotion that must be flooding you, even now you can turn, smile, and think of all the times he's made you laugh,smile,*****, or otherwise graced your life, during his. By your logic Godjesus we should ban the use of cars because of accidents and death. We shouldn't let kids have suckers because their is a chance they could choke and die. we should all stop enjoying ourselves and just sit inside all day because if we go outside we could get hurt. If that is your idea of living i'm sorry. I would rather die doing something i love or enjoying life at 50 than live to 100 but being inside all my life afraid of everything around me.

The things you believe and say amaze me and i pray to god you see what you are really saying and how ridiculous it is. I don't believe a single person here felt his life was disposable but because we are not condemning him and others who ride dirtbikes as bad people you say we are. You sir are in need of a serious reality check and i hope you get one soon.

I'm so glad this has finaly come to an end. flyby- thanks for sticking up and staying strong.
Now we can all close the book, lay our heads to rest tonight and be thankful for every breath that we take, the dreams we may produce, and the beauty of anotherday.

Thanks for the kind words L&LD. I just can't understand people like lex and GJ, acting as we don't believe every breath we take is a precious gift. The inapproiatness of their comments here wants to make me pull my hair out.

*sigh* so sad some can be so selfrightous, shallow, and hipicritical at the same time

You opened no eyes lex or you GODJUSUE, you are both morons, God you never answered my questions directly. To judge you and your opinion on hero worship, one needs to know who it is that you look up to, without that information you are just a whack job. You more than anyone has twisted peoples words and intentions to fit your own ends, and I have read everything. Lex, NO BODY HERE EVER SUGGESTED THAT JEREMY WANTED TO DIE, OR IS SATISFIED THAT THAT IS THE WAY IT ENDED OR THAT IF HE HAD IT TO DO OVER AGAIN HE MAY NOT HAVE CHOSEN A DIFFERENT ROAD. YOU HAVE ASSUMED THAT BECAUSE WE PAY TRIBUTE TO SOMEONE WE RESPECT THAT WE SOME HOW CONDONE HIS DEATH AND PRAISE HIM FOR DYING. THAT IS YOUR ASSUMPTION, NO ONE HERE EVER SUGGESTED THAT WE WANTED TO BE LIKE JEREMY (DEAD) MORON. NOBODY EVER SAID THAT HE MIGHT NOT TRADE ALL HIS FAME TO STILL BE ALIVE. THESE ARE YOUR WORDS NOT OURS. YOUR ARROGANCE IS THAT YOU NEVER FULLY UNDERSTOOD WHAT THIS SITE WAS FOR OR WHAT OUR INTENTIONS WERE. Back to you GODJESUS, you still didn't answer my question about our children, I know you can psycobabble about how the "children need protecting" my question to you is "what makes you feel it is specifically "YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DO SO" instead of the parents of said children. What makes you so GOD like that you think you need to intervine, you also never addressed my specific question as to what specific children did you think you were addressing at 4am when most childern are asleep or 10 11am 12 1 2 pm when most children were in school. You arrogance is that you seem to feel that you are more qualified than we to parent our children. You assume because we acknowledge Jeremys accomplishments that we encouraging our children to follow in his footsteps. It is the responsibility of the parent to decide what is best for their kids not yours.

And GOD you still sit on your thrown behind a computer screem implying that somehow Jeremy was bad and evil for making his choices in life because they led a an untimely death. I am sorry but I can read nothing more into what you are saying because as I said life is nothing but the choices we make and the deeds we do. You can not on one hand say Jeremy was a good guy but his deeds were not. You do not get to have it both ways GJ. no you don't.

So the two of you just go pat yourselves on the back and tell yourselves what great HEROS you are for condeming a sport and a way of life you know nothing about. Put yourselves up on your litttle soap boxes and tell each other what a great difference in the world you are making championion your beliefs to the huddled ignorant masses. In the name of child protection no logical arguement is evet wrong. Why I am supprised GJ. that you havent suggested that you should be responsible for gathering up all the children in the world and raise them in your image. You prove your intelligence by implying that children that are to young to make safe logical choices in life choices in life are smart enough to understand anything you have preached here today. Your messages have not ever been directed at children but at adults. If you were adderssing children or looking out or trying to look out for them you would be addressing them, using simple language they can understand. But you don't and you havent, for 18 to 20 hours all you have done is try to convince every one that they are wrong and you are right and attempted to use your self assumed superior intelligence and education to do so. Publishing books does not make you intelligent. Remember a man maned Adolph also wrote a book! Any way as I stated befor anyone that would use GODS name in any way to identify themselves is so arrogant that they it wouldn't be possible for anyone to make an intelligent point that was different from their own. I say again it is not your responsibility to police our childern. But you have chosen to spend 20+ hours attempting to convince us that we need to allow you to do so
