Brenes And Kirchart Move On In The Battle At The Berrics

Two Battles at the Berrics went down this past weekend, Dennis Busenitz vs. Chico Brenes, and The BERR in the Berrics, Steve Berra vs. Heath Kirchart.

In the first battle, Chico tech-ed his way to victory over Busenitz, who's more known for his fast creative lines than he is his tech. Then in the second, which was held in private and with no ref. (they reffed themselves like gentleman) Kirchart took out the part-owner of the whole damn thing. Click here to check it out.

It's difficult to understand why a city with plenty of skateboarders does not have a skatepark

The 28-day, 1,705 mile adventure involving a skatepark floating down the Mississippi River known as Red Bull Mississippi Grind set sail on September 9th culminating with a three day celebration in New Orleans where the final ceremony was dedicated to Red Bull giving the skate structure to the city of New Orleans to help provide a skate park to the city.

All was going according to plan as plenty of guest pros including Luis Tolentino, Joey Brezinski, Ronnie Creager and Converse pro..
