GoPro Crossover Challenge, Pala Raceway Sept. 10, 2010

By: Chris Worden

Pala Raceway is the newest track added to the Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship Series. The day before the top pro's of the world take to the track for the final race in 2010 top athletes from BMX, Skate, MTB, Snow, Wake, Diving, Kiteboarding, Surfing, Off Road Truck Racing and many more will get a chance to experience what it's really like to ride and race on a pro prepped national caliber track.

It's a unique format that allows top athletes in their respective sports a chance to meet on a level playing field. Riders look forward to this event all year long and this year we will also have a separate class for members of the media and another for top FMX riders of past and present.

The Go Pro Crossover Challenge is a free event for everyone who has a ticket for Saturday's Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship. Come out to Pala Raceway to see your favorite pro's in Action Sports and get a sneak peak at the national track. After racing riders will also participate in an autograph session.

Here is some helmet cam footage to give you a look at how the track is shaping up:
