Beloe Footwear is a newer shoe company based out of Laguna Hills, CA and is headed up by Russ Pope. Beloe which is based around the skate/ art scene is in the process of setting up many artist, skater, company colaborations including pro models for team members Ethan Fowler and Austin Stephens.
