Started by pro rider Priscilla Levac and her mother Suzanne after an injury that put her out of the snowboard season for 4 months in 2007. She had always dreamt of starting a first layer clothing company and when the opportunity arose, she took it. The point of Cilla layers is to be functional as well as fashionable. Most of their pieces are made out in part of enviro-friendly fabrics. There are endless possibilities of layering with all the different styles, colors, and fabrics.
