C1RCA (pronounced "circa") is a skateboard footwear and apparel company that started in 1999 and is based in San Clemente, California, USA. It was started by Four Star Distribution along with Chad Muska as its first professional rider. Back in the Fall of '99, C1RCA released it's first Pro Model shoe, the CM901, and created a worldwide buzz never experienced before. The team was on the forefront of skateboarding progression and the 901 was the most innovative, technical, and fastest selling shoe on the market. With continued dedication to their team riders and sole focus on skateboarding, C1RCA has succeeded in building a strong international team of professional and amateur skaters alongside a diverse line of footwear and apparel.
