I personally donated 4 dollars and 20 cents to the Athlete Recovery Fund through this Ride BMX raffle! If I win I'm giving the winnings to all the little kids in my area... But they're going to have to work for it! Here's some information about the raffle:

"Ride BMX has teamed up with Van Homan and the Athlete Recovery Fund to raffle off the bike that Van Homan was riding at the 2010 X Games when he crashed and fractured his skull. After the accident that took Van out of the X Games, the ARF helped Van get back on his feet and riding again, so to help say "thank you," Van is giving back to ARF by raffling off his bike. Here are the details...

In case you've been living under a rock for the past few years and aren't familiar with the Athlete Recovery Fund (ARF), it is a non-profit organization that helps out injured BMX riders in need (along with MX riders, and skateboarders, too). ARF has helped out countless riders in the few years they have been around including Stephen Murray, Mike Aitken, TJ Lavin, and of course, Van Homan.

For the duration of this raffle, for every five dollars you donate to ARF through this giveaway, you will earn one raffle ticket. On December 17th we will randomly select one raffle ticket as the winner for Van's prize pack. It's just that simple...

Prize Package Include:
- Van Homan's complete Fit bike. (Used by Van for several months, and ridden in the 2010 X Games practice.)
- Fit, GSport, Orchid, Two By Four, and Square One T-shirts.

upstairs gallery above Kung Fu Necktie in Philadelphia. The party moves
downstairs to the bar at 10:00pm (21+). No cover charge for the party
and we'll have some free adult beverages to drink, so don't be too

About our 100th shoe:
When we realized we were approaching our 100th shoe colorway, we decided
this was our free pass to do something wild. Since 2010 is the "year of
the tiger" and Van Homan has the eye of the tiger
(plus that whole Tiger Woods fiasco a couple months ago), we decided
that a tiger striped V2 MId was the only way to go.
These are super limited and come in a tiger striped box. Don't sleep if
you want a pair.
