There were free hot dogs, product give-a-ways and some classic Anti-Hero humor. I think part of the reason they decided to do this was to stoke out the kids, and the other part was to kind of poke fun of the current fad of skate/hipster art shows that are popping up everywhere. Fuck, it was so funny. Their art show consisted of Anti-Hero ads tapped to the wall, and a framed logo made out of pills. It was just so classic, because they're just showing what most of these brand-sponsored art shows really are. An advertisement for the that particular brand. Not that it's a bad thing. These shows support artists, core brands and skateboarders themselves. Plus, there's usually free beer, which is never a bad thing. It's just good to know there's companies still out there willing to call bullshit, which keeps things in check. Here's some photos I took: ![]() Ads on the wall...perfect. ![]() Anti-Hero logo made out of pills. ![]() See. ![]() The lead guitar player of the Wide-Ons was there getting his hot dog on. |
