Type-S urethane was designed and created by Lincoln Ueda and Sergie Ventura. Our goal was to design a version of a skateboard wheel that had more than looks, graphics, and function, applying what we tested into our own creation of what we feel really works in a skateboard wheel. We took decades of our own skating experience with the combination of years of research & development to design what we feel is a functional, yet proper skateboard wheel with added details only people who really skate understand and notice. In doing so, we wanted to give back to the skateboarding industry that made us what we are today and to help those who ride enjoy the sport that much more.
