  • Windells Camp - No More Hiking

Rumors have been blasting airs around, about Windells designing a private Handle tow in our terrain park on Mt Hood' (TM)s Palmer glacier. Lot' (TM)s of nosey noses snooping around trying to get the inside scoop. We are now going to set the record straight. Here is the lay-back. (We were going to say ' low-down' , but instead we are saying ' lay-back' )

    YES YES YES YESSSSSSS!

Windells is the first summer shred camp in the history of the world to own, operate and install, its very own private Handle-tow! I sure hope the lift-ops are good looking!

  • "BOB" The Skatepark gets a Winter Makeover!

Jamie, Windells official cement and wood technician, has been hard at work adding tons of outdoor cement jibbery, and indoor improvements to BOB. Really good stuff mind you! BOB has a spine leading in and out of the wood bowl, and a new ledge pyramid in the center section. Expect all sorts of winter skate and bmx jams!

  • FORMER SKATE COACH SILAS BAXTER WINS THRASHER MAG

When it comes to core skateboarding, there is nothing more core than Thrasher Mag. It has been controversial, rude, cutting edge, inspirational, and most of all revolutionary. Whether or not you love or hate Thrasher? Whether your parents let you read it or not? Whether you believe in their editorial techniques? Thrasher has always stood for the American Dream. Freedom of press! Freedom of expression! Freedom of sport! Freedom of style! Thrasher Mag is and always will be the representation of core skateboarding. We are super stolked about Silas, a former Windells Skate Coach and Oregon local, becoming the 2008 Thrasher, Skater of the Year. Kick A** Silas!
