Brands A.P.C. and Carhartt collaborate

There is an enduring quality to the Carhartt brand that we find appealing. Some sort of historical significance that we sense when we examine how the garments are constructed–the use of familiar utilitarian grade fabrics, efficient colorways, the relaxed blocking of workwear refined though the years. Carhartt was founded in 1889. Its lineage is representative of the everyman, but this isn’t a brand found on just any man. It’s found on informed men, generations of them. Its beginnings are Made in America and worn by the men who helped build it. In a word, it’s badass. If you missed the line drop of their Heritage Fall/Winter collection, it’s worth a look. And their recent collaboration with the Parisian brand A.P.C offers the refined yet casual French styling that only two companies of a certain caliber coming together can. Wear it with pride. –Crishana Haynes
