This video is all about the joys of life on the road

In November 2012, James Campbell and Rachel Goldfarb closed their apartment door for the very last time, loaded their bags into a 1976 Volkswagen bus named “Sunshine” and set their sights on the first stretch of highway in what would become a four-year-and-counting road trip that’s taken them to nearly every nook and cranny of the United States.

They call their experiment on life on the road the Idle Theory Bus, and they’ve recently gathered the data — snippets of film shot over the course of the last four years — to compile a video that explores the simple joys and trials of living in a van while working seasonal jobs to keep fuel in the tank.
