‘World of Adventure’ follows Dare2Tri athletes at the Chicago Triathlon

“World of Adventure” follows Candice Caesar, a disabled U.S. military veteran and Dare2Tri athlete, on her journey competing in one of the largest triathlons in the world: the Chicago Triathlon.

“Dare2Tri is a Chicago-based nonprofit organization getting people with physical disabilities and visual impairments involved in community recreation. We believe we’re empowering them by helping them connect with their communities and live healthy, active lifestyles. Set goals, reach goals — and we believe the finish line is really just the beginning,” says Dare2Tri executive director Keri Serota.

For Caesar and the rest of the Dare2Tri athletes, the course is just a small part of the obstacles they face to compete, but in doing so they serve as an inspiration to all.
