Save the Date!! September 24-27, 2009

Aspen/Snowmass will once again host The Meeting, September 24-27, 2009, the premier gathering of snowsports filmmakers, athletes, sponsors, media and fans.

The 2009 event is celebrating its fifth anniversary and continues to be the cornerstone kick-off event for the ski and snowboard industry each season. The latest snow films will be screened while parties and the third annual D&E Fashion Show will surround the films. In addition, private sessions with guest speakers and athletes will allow for spirited discussion on the state of the industry.

Event organizers are currently reviewing movies for The Meeting. Interested filmmakers should send a teaser or preview to rsvp@aspensnowmass.com by June 15, 2009. Filmmakers also need to send the following information: the production company; producer, director and editor names; athletes starring in the film; movie synopsis; a sponsor roster and tour/screening plans.
