Given that paddler Maxi Kniewasser's most recent expedition included record snowfall, deadly mountain crevasses, and some of the most dangerous whitewater in North America, it's no wonder that the adventure is being lauded as one of the "all-time epics," according to Canoe & Kayak magazine.
