Raleigh deems the Talus 29 series as its versatile trail 29er. The ‘Elite’ model, below, is Raleigh’s top-end aluminum model. Retailing at $1,800, Bike magazine feels the Raleigh Talus 29 Elite comes with a pretty solid parts spec, complete with a Fox F29 CTD 100-millimeter fork (with a 15-millimeter through axle) and a full Shimano drivetrain and brakes including Deore shifters and derailleurs and solid, two-piece rotors. The Raleigh Talus 29 Elite is fairly lightweight for its price, too, coming in at a claimed 28.1 pounds. To read more about the Talus 29, click here.
