Funny video shows man protecting car from huge hail in Argentina

Hail the size of golf balls reportedly damaged an estimated 5,000 cars in the span of 10 minutes Sunday at Mar del Plata, a beachside resort in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Since the huge hailstones were breaking car windows and denting car roofs, one man made a valiant–and rather hilarious–effort to protect the roof of his car. Either that or he didn’t have access to a swimming pool. Watch the human windshield wiper working vigorously to save the roof of his car:

We’re not sure if the classical music works with this video, but the earlier version that Taller Lascano posted wasn’t nearly as clear as this HD version. Plus, in the earlier version you don’t get to see a second person come into view at the 1:29 mark to do whatever the heck he was trying to do.

Anyway, give the swimming man on top of his car some credit for ingenuity, if not foolishness.
