As stand up paddling rapidly grows in popularity, a crop of talented young surfers are leading the progression of the sport. Slater Trout is one of the leaders who’s quickly becoming the face of the sport.

Last spring Trout accompanied SUP Magazine on their latest travel series to Taiwan with fellow paddlers Candice Appleby, Dave Boehne, CD Kinley, and Anthony Vela.

SUP magazine has been producing profiles from each paddler’s journey and this week it’s Slater Trout’s turn.
