    find a pic that you like and click the left button on the mouse.Scroll down and click on the words save picture as... and save the pic.Go to the profile editor and click profile picture.Press browser button and find your pic you saved,open it and check the box.Finish uploading the pic and your done,You can do the same when creating gallories.
