You must not be an american from the way you put things but does this mean that you are not stupid? What if the kid had been 10 years old ... would that be ok??? Man you have to much to learn about logic.. What she was allowed to do was extremenly dangerous and foolish.. When are parents going to stand up and learn to say "NO".. and not try to be their kid's friend.
