Thanks to Twitter and Facebook we've been monitoring Peter's status updates. They started out normally enough yesterday late afternoon. "About to hit an icy QP til 3am." Eight hours later his next update: "Stupid Icy QP put me in the hospital. Still not sure of my outcome. Prolly a mellow backbrace for a bit." Followed with this twitpic:  Bummer With his last update five hours after that: "Layed up for 2 months with broken back, good thing is- no brace. Bad thing is- it's a compressed fracture and its made me 1/4 inch shorter." Friends at the scene of the crime (a shoot in Tahoe) say the quarterpipe Peter was sessioning was massive, and he took a pretty big spill. Guess we've all got to pay the piper to play at some point.
