Stabilizing a person is a big step to recovering. Yes seconds matter which is why being so far is so ridiculous for a child. You cannot actually believe that it is the same. Aside from this, the ocean? Mother Nature? many things that scream not smart. I did live in Miami and NY and see what you mean but I no longer do. I have also lived in TN where it does take longer but still cannot compare to the ocean. Sorry sweetheart but it is very different. As I said before, it would be so different had they had another team following her. I am all for kids following their dreams... just use better judgement.
