Perhaps the silly wop of which he speaks is Leonardo, who lived well before the second world war. If that is the case, his grasp of history is as shaky as his grasp of humanity.
They stir some interesting debate as well. At one point I was tempted to respond to him with like broken grammar but, I felt that this isn't the forum for that and I would be giving in to my lower self.

Leonardo da Vinci. He was a pretty smart guy who saw a lot of things and was often frustrated by those who didn't.
