I'm sure the FBI lied to the Mother of My Son and She has kept Him from Me ever since... I knew, I was a Special Child of God, but never knew it was to this Special... They have been Marking American Children and other Around the World for many years now... Sadly, many Americans are Blind... The American Taxpayers have payed for all of Us to be Marked... "This activity has been happening in North Carolina. I have been researching and have reported terms I have been hearing to the FBI. No one seems to be interceding except civilians who have been helping through apparently their own audible voice transmitters to help understand what is happening. I am at the library in Pilot Mountain. Many people here have been sick.I have further heard through what I did not understand until later to be this type of technology terms such as biometrics, channel locking and others. I have been researching this and am very concerned. I am not sure how available this technology is to the public and if it could be used personally as stalking devices as well. Thank you.
