I really like how the blade board has the pop of a skateboard but still has the carving feeling like u can get on the boards i'm riding in my videos on my profile

yep I see, you're speaking about LX Wave... for me I prefer the by Michel's Bladeboard, it's more extrem, more adrenaline and go fast... the ride is different because the wheel have no rotation ; for turn you have to make a rotation with all your body (like surfing or snowboarding) and not just push with your foot, then the wheel turn...

You right, the bladeboarding is not like skateboarding. With the bladeboard you touch the ride more like surf, feel more the curve and have a great carving feeling... Comparing the skateboard and bladeboard, it's like comparing the windsurf (more tricks, more technical...) and surf (reach more a style and the curve...)

yeah, that video footage of the different tricks were pretty good. I'd say between intermediate and advanced for those kind of boards. now it's time for me to brag a little more. Haha! I pulled off a 360 kickflip on the inline skateboard maybe once or twice. and I was doing 360 shovits and shovit shifties like they were nothin. I was sliding down 15 stair handrails, but not while rolling first. I had to set myself up for the ride down. It was fun, but a little crazy. I used to do nose wheelie 360's all the time too. thise wer fun.keep skating and have fun.

Greetings. Thanks for looking me up. I didn't know that there would ever be another attempt to make a similar in-line skateboard like the ones I used to ride professionally for in the early 90's. After the "Bored" company tried making sells for a few years and realized it didn't really take off, I thought this sorta thing would never try and resurrect it's self again. There really isn't that much difference between your "bladeboard" and the "rollerboard" It's fun for it's purpose, but you really can't do much on them, except cruise around. If you worked extra hard at it like I did, then you can graduate to vert ramps, sliding down handrails, ollying up picnic tables, doing shovits and kickflips on it. good luck with that. since grind tv video encoding sucks, here's a better video of me skating on the rollerboard.

I tried to seek other informations about the bored company but I got nothing else the video you have (course the company does not exist anymore, but sometimes it remains something on the web...). On the video at 31 second, it's look like the board have 2 rows of wheels ? Perhaps it depands of the model ? Our bladeboard look the same but our wheels are fixed with a curve that you can turn easly without push on the tail and that give you a great surf feeling (we did a patent for that). You were the Team Rider ! Great ! And how long you did the Bored? experience ? And for you, why it did not work ? I saw your video "Back to the Glory Days", did you meet Rodney Mullen ? I was the only professional rider for the Bored team the entire time of it's life on the market. I was not only paid money to skate for them, but I was also their spokes person and main model athlete for their skate product. I was also named their team leader. Haha! I invented and came up with a split chasee on the very back, so there was two blade wheels side by side, then some space between the set of wheels. This made it easier to balance so I was able to do more tricks on it. I thought my idea was a great idea, but they felt it was steeringa little too far away from the "in-line" skateboard. If te company was in business longer, I would have pushed my idea further and got a real patent on the concept. I still own all visual and intellectual rights for my concept and idea branched off from the in-line skateboard. So if anyone wishes to use my idea, to try and make money from it, they'll have to go through me first before they do anything else, otherwise some lawsuits might have to come up so that i would get atleast 50% of all sells. Anyhow, yes I have skated with Rodney mullen a couple times. I used to skate with Pierre Andre, Don Brown, Fabian Kravets and Lynn Cooper an awful lot too. Thanks for the response. I wish you luck on all future sells and hoping maybe you guys can bring some kind of popularity to the bladeboard. I honestly don't see it going any further than a form of good cross training for skateboarding and surfing as well as snowboarding, because you really are limited on what you can do on it. meanwhile, enjoy riding and have fun.
