• Dirt Wurx Called Upon To Put The Dozer Blade To The MX Track @ Motoplayground Magazine HQ

    MONROE, N.Y. (March 3, 2009) - Dirt Wurx's Rich Winkler
and crew - the world's premier MX/SX track design and construction
company - will be back at Motoplayground Magazine headquarters this
coming spring to do a major overhaul on the track they originally built
on the popular amateur motocross magazine's grounds some three years
    ago.

When they're not constructing the world's most visible
competition tracks on the Monster Energy AMA Supercross, an FIM World
Championship, tour, Winkler and Dirt Wurx's heavy equipment operating
wizards have carved out many memorable motocross tracks all over the
planet - for both private and public usage. And the plan at the
Motoplayground compound is to upgrade the existing motocross track,
including everything from adding new features and upgrading the already
challenging obstacles, to designing and constructing a new drainage
    system.

"The nice thing about the guys at Motoplayground is that they
really get it. They understand how Dirt Wurx takes into consideration
the raw layout of the property and how we all work together with a
rider's eye to best exploit the existing features," said Winkler. "It's
important to construct a track that not only challenges some of the
United States' best up-and-coming amateur racers that stop by on a
daily basis, but also a track that photographs well as it'll be
featured prominently throughout both Motoplayground Magazine and The
    Pickle Motocross Illustrated every month."

    Dubbed "The Dirt
Wurx Track @ Motoplayground," the layout will be a platform for
numerous MX features that Dirt Wurx has perfected over the past two
decades in stadiums around the world, yet mirroring something
completely available to those wishing to have a genuine Dirt Wurx track
built on their property at a surprisingly affordable price.

"Having the geographically central location that we do, we get a TON of
families coming through here on there way to events who not only stop
by to tour the offices, but also put in some laps on the track as
well," said Motoplayground's Harold Martin. "And quite often these
people are truly stunned when I tell them that, when they're not
building the AMA Supercross tracks, Dirt Wurx actually builds quite a
few of these private tracks around the country."

Martin continued: "With our set-up out here, we're very fortunate in
that we're really able to live and breathe the sport of amateur
motocross. So the whole idea behind bringing Dirt Wurx out here in the
first place was to build a track at our compound that would not only
give us an incredible test facility right outside the front door, but
also give Dirt Wurx an ideal location to showcase how they can put
their global track building expertise to work at a local level,
specifically with the amateur racers of our sport in mind."

Construction on the new Dirt Wurx Track @ Motoplayground is slated for
late March/early April. To learn more about Motoplayground Magazine and
