I think that this photo is from the upcoming BOND movie that have maken by bond fans from German(because of the car Volkswagen). This photo is a capture from the last scene where Bond is trying to hang out with the surfboard trought the city street of Germany. The bad japanese guy in movie called "Tsu Nami" have just make a disastrous tsunami all around the city and Bond have to stop him! The movie is called "The Water is not enough"

One day, Todd's friends just absolutley could not take it anymore. They got tired of his hippie-*ss smellin' buttfunk self, & told him that the ONLY way, they'd ever take him to that stupid Phish concert, was if he rode "in the back" & washed that *ss...!
