What happens you invite industry elite, filmmakers, athletes, media and fans to a little place called Aspen, Colorado, and unleash them for a weekend packed with movie premieres, panels, and parties? Utter mayhem, or what's otherwise known as Aspen/Snowmass' The Meeting. This past weekend, the eighth installment of the event took over Colorado's famous ski town and served as the premier kickoff to the winter season. More than ten of the season's best films were screened at the legendary Wheeler Opera House and atop Aspen Mountain's Sundeck. Two nights of musical madness were also held at Belly Up, with Stephen Marley and Pink Floyd tribute band Brit Floyd setting the sounds for the scenery. Even a solid day of panels conducted by media moguls and digital deities went down at The Meeting's headquarters at the Limelight Lodge. Toss in a little high-speed go-karting and intense mountain biking, and you've got yourself a taste of The Meeting. All of the awesomeness that went down in Aspen is a little hard to rehash, so click the photo above to check out all the best instagrams from the epic weekend in this edition of Insta-Awesome.
