IGSA World Cup Series
The International Gravity Sports Association (IGSA) is the world sanctioning body of Downhill Skateboard racing. Skaters race wheel to wheel down steep mountain roads and around hairpin corners at speeds in excess of 70 miles per hour (113 kph)! The worlds fastest Downhill Skateboarders compete in the eight race IGSA World Cup Series with tour stops in Australia, twice in France, Italy, USA, Brazil, and South Africa.
Top racers include 2009 World Cup Series Champion and World Speed Record holder Mischo Erban, 2009 & 2010 World Champion Kevin Reimer, 2008 World Cup Series Champion Scoot Smith. Sweden's 2007 World Cup Series Champion Erik Lundberg. Three-time World Champion World Champion Martin Siegrist from Switzerland and rising American star James Kelly from California.
