Riley Poor, One of Skiings Brethren, Sustains Injury - standstrongagain.org

Riley Poor, a long time ski industry cinematographer, hails from humble roots in Crested Butte, Colorado. Riley has navigated his way through the ski industry with an impressive resume, working for nearly all the heavy hitting production companies, Match Stick Productions, Poorboyz Productions, and recently as Simon Dumont's personal cinematographer. Additionally, Nike 6.0 employs Riley as their Team Manager. His cinematography is insightful and articulate. It is hard to find another soul in the ski industry that has positively touched so many individuals. For those of you who do not know Riley he is the epitome of kindness, sincerity, and thoughtfulness, not to be forgetting his spark and constant twinkle in his eye.

Sat., January 10 in West Dover, Vermont, Riley was involved in an unfortunate accident that injured his spinal cord. Riley was promptly transferred to Albany Medical Center, where he received a successful surgery to relieve pressure on his spinal cord. His loving, kind, and magical family currently surround him. His parents Maria and Bob Poor, younger brother Travis, and girlfriend, Katrina Bobier are asking, in lieu of flowers, to please donate to Stand Strong Again, which is a 501(c)(3) tax deductible not-for-profit foundation committed to supporting action-sports participants who have suffered spinal cord injuries.
