Munky Bizness started in Spring 2008 with the goal of supplying local skaterboarders in Brampton, ON. with affordable skate equipment, and it was a success! The response was amazing so now we are on-line with the same independent philosophy that 'Everyone should be able to afford skate equipment, shoes and clothes. Skateboarding is fun and keeps kids out of trouble.'

Our responsibility as people in society is to maintain and build for the upcoming generations, which means being positive role models as well creating opportunities for the younger generation to become positive role models themselves. It is too easy for kids to get caught in the wrong crowd and find themselves victimized by the judicial system because not enough funding goes into social programs. So we have to give younger people the opportunity to do positive things. Skateboarding is just one example of something that kids do to stay out of trouble . The problem with a lot of activities that keep kids out of trouble is that they cost money to maintain, so ultimately the kids that can't afford to partake in certain activities, and ultimately can't afford to stay on the right path.
