Hey Brian, How's it goin? I've been busy. We had over 200 inches in 3 weeks at Xmas and then 5 1/2 weeks of no snow in Jan. and Feb. Very lame... But it made up for it, we are at about 600 inches for the year with more on the way! It's turning into a solid year. Costa will have good waves for you anytime! You'll have fun there. Let me know how it turns out. Peace!

Hey That's great! Nice board ya have there... Salem is farther from the hills to ride. Portland is an hour. The West side of Portland is more like southern Cal and the East side has more vibe. There may be some snow still when ya get here.

ya finally got some snow I see... How it goin? Yeah, we use a suit year round. It usually only gets up to 54-56, but it's been know sometimes to get up to 68 degrees. It's about the same maybe little bit warmer all the way down to LA. West coast is just cold water. Hawaii is only a 4 hour flight!

Hey Brian, I've been deathly sick for two weeks w/ the flu... It's been sunny with corn snow to play on. Tonight we seem to be back into a storm cycle and it looks like we are going to get hammered. They are calling for 8-10 tonight and it's supposed to go like that for days. Typical... We usually get between 150-250 inches in March and April. I hope so because i'm better and not ready for spring conditions yet. I want some pow! How's FL? I've got to admit, I'm ready for some warm water surfing.

Moving out west is a very wise idea. I absolutely love california! I've only been to the snow resorts in so cal and central cali. Mammoth is my favorite out of the resorts I've been to. Dave is probably right, if you are exclusively searching for powder, you you should move to Oregon, but if you're looking for fun, I high suggest Cali.

What's up dude... Just a hint, try the Pacific Northwest. From Bend, Oregon up to BC is the deepest and has a broad range of terrain as anywhere in the world. Plus, the economy is stronger here than most of the U.S. Our seasons last from November to early June. I used to live in FL as well, my parents still do. North of Tampa now. Good luck with that move and if ya need some tips or data just give a Holla. Peace, Dave
