YMCA element skateboard camp!

I'm so pissed off!! I can't join the the element skateboarding camp because I don't live in America. Well they accept you even though your not living in America. But my problem is I can't go there because I don't have a U.S. VISA. You see I'm not from the states. I'm from the Philippines. Even when I tried to apply for a U.S. VISA, I got denied!
