I do not agree with your comment about god creating cancer nor do i believe that god allows humans to kill, but what i do believe is that god gave us self will. he gave us the option to make the choice, whether or not to be a good person and live a life of goodness respecting other people, or being a bad person. God doesn't kill people, people kill people. Why do we get cancer, well it is all genetic or the types of food that we eat, or how well we do or do not take care of our bodies that is why we do or do not get cancer. (This is to your comment - where the woman had a whale of an escort). My point is that i do not agree with you.
