Rob, whales are constantly seen off the coast of California. They migrate up from Mexico and go as far as Alaska. Often have we sat up in NorCal on beach or cliff and watched the mamas and babies slowing eating their way northerly, and it is an amazing site. Yes indeed, it was God. I humbly offer an opinion here: This got this brave young lady the positive media coverage she needed which will make up probably more generous funds needed than her goal and teach those who refused to donate, those who probably are wealthy beyond one's imagination, and I knew quite a few in OC myself growing up there, that God helped her get her money and that it is much better to give than receive, especially if you are able to give.
