After launching our site officially the other day we decided it was time to tell everyone about us! We're out and around on a Nicaragua Surfing and city tour all over the place getting our name out there - Popoyo, Managua, Leon, Poneloya and any where we can think of on our travels! (plus it's kind of just a good excuse to get to see some more of this great country! We're in Leon right now about to go see this colonial city and all the great little cafes and restaurants! It's quite a bit hotter than down south for some reason, but really happy to be here! Will let you know how all our travels go! We're going to create the definitive directory to San Juan del Sur! It's nearly ready to launch so we will start putting our little beautiful town on the map! Our in-house Graphic Designer has built the site so it is really user-friendly and looks modern and slick. We've also paid for 6 months of intensive Search engine Optimization as well to help drive traffic and make it really effective for the businesses in our town. When we first moved here a long while ago now, we instantly fell in love with the place and the people. Everyone is so friendly, and the uncrowded surfing in Nicaragua is a big plus too!!! one thing we did notice, and still get told all the time by visitors is that they can never find any information on the web about anything like hotels in San Juan del Sur like Pelican Eyes, or the beaches like Playa Madera and Playa Yankee. So that's why we decided to put together sanjuansurf.com! It's taken 6 months of work just to get it to this stage, but we are really happy with where it's at, and think that it is really going to help tourism and visitors to San Juan del Sur We'll be launching officially in the next few weeks with a big party and free give away prizes, so if you're down in Nicaragua, drop by San Juan and give us a shout.
