This past weekend SE student Ryan Thompson made 1st place at the "Hometown Heroes" contest at Southside... This qualified him for the finals at the X-Games in July! I just found this professional video of him skating the contest... (He's wearing a black shirt in this) The Next Day with a heat index outside of 113 degrees, and some fierce competition, Ryan placed 2nd in the Zumiez "Best foot forward" contest. Here's some more great footage. He's wearing a Tan shirt in this one. (they accidentally named him Adam in this)

Ryan is on of thousands I've instructed over the years... I Taught him the Exact System and Techniques in "Skateboarding Explained: The Instructional DVD". When he got the SE DVD it helped him learn 360 flips, Frontside flips, and understand the mechanics of riding a skateboard on the deepest level. Now Look At Him!
