  • Skating up hill

As you all know gravity and skating boarding uphill do not go hand in hand. This weekend I decided to go for a little ride on my board, forgetting about the weather situation on Saturday. I was hitting a skatepark over in Ranch Penasquitos, when the rain started pouring down. I had to go back up a hill to get near a bus stop to take me home. As I was trying my best to skate up hill or carry my board in my hand while I ran, I realized that I had bought with me my skateboard carrying strap, Strapit360. I was able to fling my skateboard and continue my run up hill much faster, so I was just in time to make the bus.

Anybody else run into this problem?

Any other skateboarders hate going uphill as much as I do?

  • Who ruined Christmas for the Kids

    Dilemma:

Two nights ago we received an order from a customer "Linda" in Florida for 7 Strap It "360" skateboard carrying straps. Linda's account was immediately flagged for potential fraud due to the ordering address and shipping address being different. To protect Linda, we ask one of our customer service representatives "Victor" to call and verify the order. According to Victor, a young man answered the phone and began to say that Linda was not home. After saying she was not home, he asked what the call was about. Victor explained the call was in reference to an order request from Linda for 7 Strap It "360's". The boy then said Linda was home. When Linda was finally able to get on the phone, she said "thank you very much for telling my children what they were getting for Christmas". They have been asking me for the SI carrying straps since the beginning of summer. Each time I told them no because I was waiting for Christmas to come to surprise them. In one night you have ruined the Christmas surprise for my kids; so thank you very much. We later found out the reason for the difference in addresses. The straps were being delivered to Linda friend's house to keep the kids from finding out.

    Who was Wrong:

    Was Victor wrong for calling?

Or was Linda wrong for her response to the situation?

  • Strapit360

Since I've been skateboarding for the last couple of years, I have found that the hardset thing to do is carrying the skateboard everyplace I go. Until recently I found this newspress release about a product that will revolutionize the skateboard industry. Strapit360 has changed my life. Check out their press release.

    - Strap It "360" is a lightweight, simple to use skateboard carrying strap. The new strap has received noteworthy reviews from expert skateboarders throughout Southern California and South Beach Florida. In an effort to separate itself from some of the cheaper and less reliable straps on the market, DK enterprize has price its new Strap It "360" at $29.95. While Strap It "360" is clearly the best strap on the market the price to some customers may seem too steep. Nevertheless, the company insists the new strap is fair and reasonably priced.

In celebration of the new release of Strap It "360" DK enterprize has teamed up with its favorite charity foundation "Military Wives". Starting on November 14, 2009, DK enterprize will donate to the "Military Wives" charity foundation 10% of the profit for each blue Strap It "360" sold. DK enterprize would like to do everything possible to bring attention to the common struggles that military families face while their love ones are overseas.

When DK enterprize decided to go public with Strap It "360", one of the barriers the company would have to overcome was the enormous popularity of the skateboard backpack. Prior to the release of Strap It "360", backpacks were utilized to carry the skateboard from one location to another more so than any other item. Even though a common complaint with the backpack was the bulkiness of the bag the popularity of it continued to grow. Some riders such as "Daryl Wayne" have even complained about lower back problems due to the weight of the backpack. One of the frequent hindrances that many skateboard riders have experience with the backpack is theft at the skate parks. With the new Strap It "360" theft should never be a problem. Because all SI "360's" come with an easy to attach clip. Just clip SI "360" to your belt loop and go. Unlike our competitors with SI "360" you can run or ride a bike without the constant banging of the skateboard against your back. Did I forget to mention the strap can be adjusted to fit just about any size person?

In this writers opinion the new DK enterprize strap will certainly be a hot attraction with skateboard and bike riders this Christmas. It is the new must have product in extreme skate boarding. You can get your own Strap It "360" at www.strapit360com.
