So I went to go see my specialist two days ago. I play cello and basketball, and I've had an ongoing shoulder problem. I have ligament laxity, allowing me to partially dislocate a couple of my joints voluntarily. From using my right shoulder too much, the ligaments in it are now too loose. I went through physical therapy and the Ultra Sling 2 (hell in the form of a sling) for a month each and neither worked. My specialist told me that I'm getting a full reconstruction.
