Enjoy!!!!!" | < previous 12 of 67 next > Wake Games Day 1 & 2Just wrapped up a couple of crazy days at Wake Games. Riders of all sorts, from am to pro, and male to female, turned out to prove that they deserve a spot on one of the top ten pro wakeboarder's teams. If you weren't at the the event, you missed a lot. The biggest surprise for me on Thursday came in the final Pro Men's heat. Previous Junior Pro Men riders, Jimmy LaRiche and Harley Clifford battled it out on the water for top seeding. But in the end, it was Clifford who pulled out the big W. Highlights from today's riding were in the the Masters division. Watching the WBM crew of Jeff Barton and Kevin Michael shred on the water brought a smile to everyone's face and a tear to many eyes. It was beautiful. The whole couple of days of semi and quarter final rounds were wrapped up in the draft tonight. Team captains of: Phil Soven, Rusty Malinoski, Aaron Rathy, JD Webb, Andrew Adkison, Shawn Watson, Adam Errington, Trevor Hansen, Bryan Hutton, and Shuan, all chose 9 other riders to help represent on Saturday and Sunday. Each rider that advanced in their respective divisions are now expected to dish out their best performance in order to make their team proud. It'll be rad to see which team comes out on top. I'll keep you posted and send updates as things progress. Maybe someone could start a wakeboarding spread or pool, to determine the top team. I've got my money ready.
