Eddie Fiola was a professional BMX rider in the 80s from Southern California. Now, being in his mid 40s, he has stepped aside from BMX and taken on work in film stunts. So he is stilling sticking to the gnarly things in life. Did you like the movie RAD? You haven't seen it? WATCH IT NOW AND COME BACK! ... Did you like it? Well, Eddie did all the stunt work for ol' Billy, a.k.a. Cru Jones. It is no surprise he was chosen to do the work being so skilled on a bicycle and strikingly handsome. But seriously... Eddie was dominating the scene in the 1980s and if not for riders like him I suppose we would not have the BMX industry we have today. Companies thriving off of trends and popular interest. Eddie brought that bit of showmanship to the sport big time in the early 80s... Known as the King of the Skateparks, due to his many contest wins at skatepark events, he is easily the most well known rider from the early BMX scene. This guy was the king at the famous skatepark "Pipeline," R.I.P.
