"I fail to see the "Sport" associated with such a barbaric act of killing this beautiful beast of the Oceans. Human beings, according to most medical data, house a superior brain to any living thing on this Earth, yet, everyday, we see this battle of man and animal played out, as if the animal had a hell of a chance to succeed...What I do not understand is what kind of pleasure do you get from killing this wonderful and majestic animal, even if it were a contest, what personal pleasure do you derive from ending its life...???...it belongs in the Ocean and yet, your so called, "superior" brain, told you to kill it, take it out of its environment & stand next to it for a photographic record of the violent event....Please, try and understand what we are trying to convey to you people, who take pleasure in ending a life of this and other living things, here on Earth...Let them live, as they are God's Creatures and He put them here for other reasons and not so that you could spend a day, wallowing in its blood & salt water, for yes, a photographic record of this barbaric event...Let the animals and other creatures live, if possible, for I see no benefit to mankind, or to the field of medicine or any other necessary event that would allow mankind to benefit from the death of this most Majestic Beast..."

  • Gravis In Europe

Gravis has put together one hell of a skate team headlined by Arto Saari and Dylan Rieder, enough so that the brand has created personal internet videos of two entitled simply, Arto. and Dylan. respectively.

Then there's the supporting lineup consisting of: Sam Winter, Jake Johnson, Steve Forstner, and Dominik Dietrich.

Put the two sets together and you have enough for a Gravis feature filming starring Arto Saari and Dylan Rieder.

That may be further down the road, but to hold us over the modern footwear brand has released video footage of the crew on tour in Europe. There's nothing better than a stylish team skating streets that have substance, and just so much history.

You know what all those artsy hipsters in LA and New York say, "For me to live somewhere there has to be culture." Well, the streets skated in this internet short have existed hundreds of years longer than America. How's that for vintage?

Check out the Gravis skate team on their 2010 European tour:

Go to Space Camp with Louie Barletta, Caswell Berry, Cairo Foster, Silas Baxter-Neal and Justin Strubing in this video series presented Krux trucks and Strange Notes.

It's a spoof of that old 80s movie of the same name that Joaquinn Pheonix was in.

Anyway, check out the acting chops of come of the best pro skaters in the game. I think it's funny that they got Silas to do this, and to be the "cool guy" #1 astronaut none the less.
