My Info
My SportsSnowboarding My Friends | This Is MeI LOVE MY KIDS--AND MY GRAND KIDS AND MY GRAND DOG.THIS IS A NEW ADVENTURE FOR ME--I LIVED IN THE MOUNTAINS IN THE FOREST OF LTW IN NORCAL --it was a wonderful place to be from.and now I'm from HERE. I Ride a 84 FXRT( hell yeah itz a HD)I'm not a snob I just like what I like.Life is like a SLINKY(u remember em..)not alot to it but hella funny to push down stairs and do it again. The analogy there is it might not always be dazzling--but laugh pick urself up and do it again..The way things are these days--keep in mind--when things suck(not in a good way..)just listen for that faint, little whisper,it is HOPE;"just one more try ,one more day".Even in CHAOS there is order. Glad for the addition of the HD into my life, its what I have wanted for years,"wind in ur face" gives a breathing room for renewal and regrouping. So there --Carry On. |

Of course, life is meant to be LIVED!!! But there are things that are acceptable to allow your kids to do, and there are things that are not. Do you understand how long it takes to sail around the world, up river Jill? Do you understand what the oceans are like? Have you really thought about the whole picture here? There are pirates that have heard that she is doing this - and they don't play by the same rules as us. It is WINTER in the Indian Ocean where she is right now. Okay, there are things that are considered calculated risks, and then there are things like this. I don't blame the girl at all - she is doing something that she wants to do (hopefully). But, she is 16, and history has it that teenagers are not capable of making decisions that are necessarily good for them. That's why we have laws in place! I am getting sick of reading comments from people saying that you haven't lived if you don't support this activity!! Come on, people, let's take care of our kids!!!!!!!
