Meteorologist Kristi Gordon was doing a live weather report on Global BC when suddenly along came a spider and, well, scared the bejesus out of her. Obviously she has a case of arachnophobia as the spider was not in her hair or even in the same room. It was merely crawling toward her on the screen. Watch as a composed weather reporter loses it on her "Noon News" forecast:
As Gordon was telling her audience about a rainfall warning, a spider appeared on the screen above her head.
"Oh my gosh," she said, as she ran from her spot and seemed to try to brush the creature from her hair. "That was creepy."
When the spider started walking toward her on the screen, Gordon freaked out again.
"Come on," someone says off camera.
"No, I can't stand it," Gordon replied.
Gordon was reassured that the spider wasn't really there, though it was never explained where it was exactly.
"Kristi, it's not in the room, it's OK," another reporter said.
"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry," she said as she attempted to recompose herself.
Well, don't be sorry, Kristi. We thank you for brightening our day.
